Here are some examples of the cameras used by the Army Film & Photographic Unit. Some of these were also by other photographers such as the War Correspondents and those within other branches of the British Military.
The primary AFPU stills camera was the Super Ikonta, whereas all 3 cine cameras appeared to have been used at any one time.
